First Liberty Church is a growing ministry. Our current ministries are developing well, and there are more in the making.
Prayer
Prayer is our connection to the Lord. Without it we would have no direction. Join us as we petition God for guidance and make our requests made known. For the Lord is a very present help in times of trouble.
Sunday School
Sunday School is coming soon. Sunday School is the backbone of Christian Education, and a necessary part of our spiritual growth. Be patient with us as we continue the devepmental stages of this very important ministry.
LGBTQ Support
First Liberty Church accepts, affirms, and welcomes the LGBTQ Community. Our interpretation of Scripture does not lead us to believe God condemns same-sex attraction or same-sex marriage. We will not reject you because of how you identify yourself. Worship with us without fear of being degraded or offended at a time you should be encouraged and uplifted. You have our genuine love and support.
Youth
Our youth are our future. We must invest in their spiritual and personal growth. We help them explore and discover their God-given gifts and abilities, and then afford them the opportunity to serve God in their capacities and to their fullest potential.

Join the "First Liberty Church Group" on Facebook and tune in weekly for "4Real 4Real Talk Bible Study." Catch us live on Thursdays at 7:00 a.m.
Community Outreach
Currently First Liberty Church offers Christian Counseling to the Baton Rouge community. We also offer an LGBTQ Youth Support Group. Many of our youth today have been ridiculed and rejected by their family's, the church, and their peers simply because of their sexual orientation. First Liberty Church affirms and accepts our LGBTQ youth as they identify themselves. The support group is held on 2nd Sundays each month at the Main Library on Goodwood Blvd. (3:00 pm, 2nd floor, Conference Room B). We are exploring and developing other ways to reach out to our community.
